Students who received official notification from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and are interested in the Summer Transitional Program (STP), should review the prospective student checklist and cost below.

To submit the required prospective student materials, students must use the AAP-STP submission portal on this website. Instructions for completing digital versions of the Information Sheet and Verification Form are outlined below.

Prospective STP students should submit the materials below through the AAP-STP submission portal:

Information Sheet
Verification Form
Copy of parent’s/guardian’s 2022 or 2023 Form 1040 (completed and signed)

The Information Sheet and Verification Form can be completed in 2 ways:

*IF USING A COMPUTER, FOLLOW THESE 4 STEPS:
Step 1: Download and save the appropriate PDF to your computer: Information Sheet or Verification Form
Step 2: Open Adobe Acrobat Reader, on your computer and open the saved PDF from Step 1.
Step 3: Fill out the form using the "Fill & Sign tool" of Adobe Acrobat Reader and input your signature.
Step 4: Save the completed PDF and submit through the AAP-STP submission portal.

*IF USING A MOBILE DEVICE, FOLLOW THESE 4 STEPS:
Step 1: Download and save the appropriate PDF to your device: Information Sheet or Verification Form
Step 2: Open Adobe Fill and Sign on your device and open the saved PDF from Step 1.
Step 3: Fill out the form and input your signature.
Step 4: Save the completed PDF and submit through the AAP-STP submission portal.
